#RiyadhSeason will host a historic night of boxing on February 22nd, starring world champions and five title fights for the Green and Gold Belt. “The Last Crescendo” promises an unforgettable and memorable spectacle.
Headlining the event, Artur Beterbiev and Dimitri Bivol clash for the undisputed light heavyweight championship in a highly anticipated rematch following their epic encounter in October 2024.
As part of the card the Chinese heavyweight sensation Zhilei Zhang (27-2-1) will face the undefeated German force field Agit Kabayel (25-0) for the interim WBC heavyweight title in what is predicted to be one of the best fights of the night.
The co-main event shows Daniel Dubois (22-2) against Joseph Parker (35-3). Dubois enters off a knockout victory over Anthony Joshua, while Parker boasts impressive wins against Zhilei Zhang and Deontay Wilder.
Carlos Adames will defend his WBC middleweight title against the undefeated Hamzah Sheeraz.
In a clash of rising stars, Shakur Stevenson (22-0) defends his WBC lightweight title against the undefeated Floyd Schofield (18-0) in a battle of strategic prowess.
Vergil Ortiz Jr. (22-0) vs. Israil Madrimov (10-1-1) for the interim WBC super welterweight belt.

Kabayel vs Sanchez
The battle started with each throwing cluster bombs,, both pointedly looking for the KO victory. During round one Sanchez landed powerful combos, but during the second round Kabayel took control, impacting hard and often. From the third, Kabayel started drilling the body. Although Sanchez tried to counterattack, it was evident that the Kabayel offensice was having the desired, draining effect. The end came in round seven, when Kabayel sent Sanchez to the canvass with a clubbing short range rib bender. The Cuban fighter managed to get up however, he walked into a hailstorm which again upended him.
Kabayel vs Makhmudov
Kabayel entered the fight as the underdog, with many expecting Makhmudov’s power and size to be too much for him. Kabayel’s relentless body attack took its toll on Makhmudov. In the fourth round, Kabayel landed a series of devastating body shots that forced Makhmudov to take a knee. The Referee stepped in to stop the fight, declaring Kabayel the winner by TKO.
Kabayel vs Chisora
It was a closely contested bout that went the distance. Many of the rounds were close, with both fighters having their moments of success. Kabayel’s boxing skills and movement were effective, while Chisora’s pressure and power posed a threat.
Zhang vs Wilder
As part of the “Queensberry vs Matchroom 5 vs 5” card, at the Arena Kingdom presented by #RiyadhSeason . The fight started evenly, with both big guys trying to seize the initiative in a highly strategic fight. In the fifth round, during an exchange of blows, Wilder threw all his power right hands at him, but Zhang saw that in so doing, Wilder lowered his left hand, and with a quick right hand, he made him turn his back and head towards one of the corners. Zhang chased Wilder to land another big right hook, which sent him to the canvas. Wilder stood up in bad condition so the Referee decided to stop the fight at 1:51 minutes of the fifth round.
Zhang vs Joyce
The rematch between Zhilei Zhang and Joe Joyce took place on September 23, 2023, at the OVO Arena Wembley in London. This time, Zhang’s victory was even more decisive and emphatic. In the third round, Zhang landed a devastating right hand that sent Joyce crashing to the canvas. Joyce tried to get up, but he was clearly dazed and unable to continue.
Zhang vs Parker
Zhang started strong, using his size and power to his advantage. He even managed to knock down Parker twice. Parker showed tremendous resilience and heart. He began to find his rhythm, using his superior footwork and hand speed to outbox Zhang to defeat him via MD.
