The Indian Professional Boxing Association is associated with all four major organizations in the world: the World Boxing Organization (WBO), World Boxing Council (WBC), World Boxing Association (WBA), and the International Boxing Federation (IBF).

It is also associated with the Association of Professional Boxing Commissions (APBC), Association of Boxing Commissions (ABC), Association of Ringside Physicians (ARP), and the Eurasian Boxing Parliament (EBP).

IPBA is the only Indian organization invited to global boxing events since its establishment.
